Return Policy

Refunds ONLY If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at tmcups@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to report the issue. Please include a detailed description of the damage and any relevant photos.

Upon receiving your report, we will review the issue and arrange for a replacement of the item or issue a full refund. We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
